The Programme has been running since 2005, and over 700 interns from South Africa’s finest tertiary institutions have been offered positions at BCX after their eight months of internship. Our pipeline aims to retain talent and better our business offering, while giving graduates the chance to supplement their qualifications with real work and life experience.
