The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Obtained Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics and Science, or Technical Matric;
- National Technical Certificate – N3 or higher in the relevant engineering discipline;
- He/she must be ambitious and dedicated, making full use of the opportunities the industry has to offer;
- Must be a team player;
- High energy level and action orientated;
- Mental alertness, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Attention to detail;
Conceptual skills:
The successful candidate will be required to enter a formal learnership agreement with the company and the AgriSETA.
