Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Build Environment as per building as per National Building regulations, NQF Level 6
- Valid driver’s license
- Relevant experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Scrutinising of buildings plans
- Conducting of relevant building inspection
- Issuing of legal notices and other related documents
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Perform relevant administrative functions
- Filing of plans and documents
