Cape Peninsula University of Technology 2024 Postponement Order

Please note that on 2 October 2024 Judge Le Grange granted the attached order postponing the return day of 12 October 2024 in the matter of CPUT v Ayakha Magxothwa and 5 Others under case number C15789/17 to 7 December 2024 at 10h00. Please also note that the interim relief which interdicts and restrains, inter alia, the unlawful conduct on all CPUT campuses, academic sites and residences, remains in place.
