Cape Peninsula University of Technology 2025 Postponement Order

Please note that on 2 October 2025 Judge Le Grange granted the attached order postponing the return day of 12 October 2025 in the matter of CPUT v Ayakha Magxothwa and 5 Others under case number C15789/17 to 7 December 2025 at 10h00. Please also note that the interim relief which interdicts and restrains, inter alia, the unlawful conduct on all CPUT campuses, academic sites and residences, remains in place.
