Purpose of the Role
To ensure compliance to and the maintenance of the FAIS (Financial Advisory and Intermediatery Services) and OCI policies, procedures and timelines and provide intermediary services to branches, external clients and third parties
Qualifications
National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or National Certificate (Vocational)
Minimum NQF4 qualification as per the FSB list of approved qualifications
RE5 Certificate
RE1 Certificate would be advantageous
Meet requirements to be deemed Fit & Proper
Experience 1 – 2 Years’ experience in an inbound/outbound contact centre
1 – 2 Years’ experience in the long term and short term insurance industry
Customer service experience
Administration background
Knowledge and skills Call centre processes and procedures
Customer care and service protocol knowledge
Administration background
Additional Requirements
Communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Afrikaans, third official language will be advantageous
Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) at a basic to intermediary level
