Salary:R405 600 – R556 428 per annum (plus benefits)
Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Regional & Town Planning or related
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the project execution plans (PEP) in respect of identified Human Settlements planning projects
  • Monitor the execution of projects against the projects execution plans and ensure that progress is within the expected deliverables and is completed on time and within budget
  • Develop request for proposals, evaluate responses and submit recommendations to the Divisional Head: Functional Planning
  • Identity, track, monitor and communicate project related issues, scope changes, variance and contingencies that may arise during implementation of Human Settlement planning projects
  • Prepare and present oral / or written technical reports and project presentations
