Minimum Requirements:
- Built Environment or Business or relevant National Diploma
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage council residential properties and hostels in the area assigned to work
- Supervise relocation of approved beneficiaries to serviced erven and capturing of relocation/settlement records
- Facilitate the beneficiary administration process in the projects
- Monitor and report on the provision and installation of essential services to identified projects as prioritised in the IDP process
- Facilitate information sharing workshops and meetings with beneficiary communities in essential services projects
