Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)
  • 1 year experience in a similar environment

Core Responsibilities:

  • Monitor water and electricity consumption as per deviation reports
  • Calculate and process journals to correct incorrect billing on accounts
  • Assist with investigation of complex meter and consumption problems
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Capture customer complaints or maintenance matters on EMIS
  • Capture interim maintenance on Venus system
  • Executive any other duties that are above or on the same level of execution
