Computer Services are doing major maintenance at CUT in early May

We are pleased to announce that we will soon replace and upgrade some of our major systems.

What are we doing?

We are improving your experience in serving the internet and other network resources. The replacement process will impact most of our services includingeThuto, ITS, internet (websites), e-mail, Library Services.

What to expect

The above-mentioned services will be temporarily unavailable:
Bloemfontein campus: 7 May from 22:00 and 8 May from 02:00.
Welkom campus: 9 May 19:00 to 24:00.

Service delivery to campuses might be affected

Please be informed that from 7 to 11 May 2024 you might experience some delay in our response time as most of our engineers will be solely working on this project.
We will appreciate your patience during our system replacement process.  We are confident that you will enjoy the benefits of these systems.
