KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Investigate market price variance.
Batch delivery notes and print daily consignment notes.
Update and maintain delivery notes per Market Agents and Wholesalers.
Follow up delivery notes that is not opened by Market Agents and Wholesalers and comparisons.
Report unauthorized deliveries. Furnish investigators with queries that needs to be investigated.
Query all shortages with Hall Inspectors. Generate market sales notes and compare booking to market average prices. Control unique gate numbers and cancellations with transporters.
Handle telephone enquiries from Market Agents and transporters. Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices. Performs clerical duties and operate a computer terminal. Recording of delivery notes (investigation level). Ensures customer satisfaction and positive rapport with all stakeholders.
Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of company assets. Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
Performs clerical duties and operate a computer terminal.
Investigate unauthorized delivery to Market Agents and Wholesalers.
Ensuring follow up/ completion of investigation through consulting all relevant stakeholders.
Investigate goods received notes not generated on SPS.
Generate goods received notes for Wholesalers and print booking confirmation.
Ensuring signage of booking confirmation.
Handle telephone enquiries from different stakeholders and clear communication with all Market Agents and Wholesalers, staff (salesman, office, directors).
Ensure accurate information recorded on the system.
Able to compare delivery notes to arrival list.
Able to interpret delivery note in order to capture correct quantity, commodities and issue market reference number accordingly/ correction. Understanding and adherence of Market Bylaw towards all elements.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 / Matric. Relevant experience. Computer Literacy.
