Job Purpose |
Intertoll Africa requires a Contract Administrator to perform duties in respect of the administration of Principal Contracts in accordance with cooperate policies, procedures and contract requirements. Establishes priorities, administers schedules and able to plan time and resources within a pressurized environment. |

Qualifications |
Diploma in Administrative Management, Diploma in Business Administrative, Diploma in Public Administrative and Management |
Experience |
3- 5 years in a similar role. Experience in recording minutes of all meeting related to contracts administration. Maintain a register of all correspondence from Employer Representative and generally administer all correspondences, contractual notices and follow-up on notices. |
Duties & Responsibilities |
Timeous and accurate completion of the Correspondence Register by the fifth working day of each month. Submission of an updated register of claims to the Employer’s representative by the fifth working day of each month. Submission of an updated works Authorization Register taking into account works completed to date by the fifth working day of each month. Submission by of an updated Instruction Register taking into account works completed to date by the fifth working day of each month. Submission of an updated Penalty Register indicating status and progress by IA by the fifth working day of each month. Submission of a consolidated Customer Complaints Register for all complaints received from the employer’s representative indicating the status of completion by the fifth working day of each month. Monitor, observe and track progress on issued instruction. To express ideas clearly. Produce documents that have appropriate structure, correct grammar and language. High level of independent judgement, planning and prioritizing accordingly |
Skills and Knowledge |
Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite ( Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). JDE. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. |
