Main purpose of the job:
To work in close co-ordination with the PA Executive Support / Management Team / directorial staff to provide administrative support.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Domestic & International Travel Bookings and recons for Finance Team
- Ebest (ordering of stationery and Other Ad Hoc requirements). Creating and tracking of approvals.
- Order Portal (Order/redeploy/deinstall of assets)
- Expense Claims/Advances & recons
- Assisting with Boardroom bookings when required
- Diary Management CFO (only when stand-in for PA Executive Support) & when required for Management Team.
- Overall co-ordination and administration (including filing, faxing, photocopying, etc.)
- Researching related topics
- Governance
- Project Administration – assisting with Team Events
- Customer relationship management
- Professional interaction with all colleagues
Criteria for selection:
- Applicants must be South African citizens;
- Have completed a Diploma in Business Management or Office Administration or equivalent and be able to demonstrate good academic record and achievements;
- Application forms must be completed in full and copies of academic records must be included;
- Not have previously participated in an internship or graduate programme;
- Have no work experience in the field of study;
- A recent graduate (2011-2024);
- Considered a youth (18-27 years);
- Verified qualification certificate and no criminal record;
- Effective communication in English (written and verbal);
- Computer literacy (MS Office – Outlook, basic Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
- Prepared to undergo psychometric assessments.
