Our main places where we recruit is Europe, Asia, US and of course Africa. Locally, we focus on the whole spectrum of the creative, tech and digital world which covers middleweight to heavyweight vacancies, both client side and agency side.
The job
We are looking for a digital talent scout for our Cape Town office. We’re expanding a lot and therefore looking for talent scouts of all levels from Junior to Senior.. so GRADUATES CAN APPLY!
The role is 100% scouting for the best talent in the market and building powerful relationships with passive talent.
Relationship management:
- You’ll be scouting the local and international market through our network and using events, social media, word of mouth plus headhunting
- Connecting with the best talent matching them with open positions with our clients
- Interviewing/portfolio reviews either via Skype if it’s for a global opportunity or face to face if it’s local
- Sharing portfolio and career advice
- Active on social media posting out our jobs and creative content
- General HR admin inc reference checking
The person
- You’ll ideally have at least at least one year of recruitment or talent scouting experience under your belt with experience across any sector with the desire to niche within the creative industry
- Or a sales person with a passion for digital/creative
- Or you are new to the industry with understanding of the industry from your studies within the digital/advertising
- Great eye for talent
- Ability to speak to talent and clients on all levels
- Recruitment is what you make of it so we’re looking for bright, ambitious self-starters looking to earn great money each month from our unique commission plan
- Able to work to targets
- We do global business so we’re looking for peeps with a global mind
- Up for an exciting journey and challenge
The benefits:
- Negotiable basic salary
- Bonus each month. There’s no desk fees, so you’ll get a commission on everything you bill from R1 onward! We offer bonus from 12% to 30%
