Job description
- Looking for an innovative and passionate chef that takes pride in his/her work and wants to grow with a catering company that has excellent growth opportunity
- Managing and training kitchen staff to ensure that all staff are reaching their full potential
- Menu development and costings
- Oversee menu planning for all units
- Assisting stores with catering events
- FOH auditing
- Customer relations
- Part of the job would require travelling to the various stores so transport is essential, petrol allowance will be provided
Requirements
- Tertiary hospitality qualifications
- Strong management and communication skills
- Event planning
- Mass and micro catering
- Time management
- Essential PC skills, i.e. Excel, Word, etc.
- Plating and food presentation
- Creating cost effective recipes
- Kitchen hygiene
