Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Environmental Management / Environmental Health / Waste Management
- Sound report writing skills
- Sound communication skills
- Sound presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- A valid driver’s license
- 3 – 5 years relevant experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and promote waste minimization initiatives to improve and expand the EMM waste minimization footprint within EMM on a sustainable manner
- Optimize compliance with all relevant legislation and policies from various spheres of government to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and policies
- Compile and motivate budgetary needs to execute planned projects and initiatives to ensure compliant financial management
- Ensure excellent and cooperative client relations to ensure sustainable and compliant waste minimization initiatives that will improve the EMM brand and meet pre-determined targets
- Build and maintain sound relationships with both stakeholders and co-workers assisting the waste minimization stakeholders to achieve the goals and objectives of waste management services
