SAICCOR MILL – UMKOMAAS (KZN)
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide the incumbent with the necessary skills and specific competencies that will benefit their career. The incumbent will also assist in executing related activities across the designated region.
REPORTING TO: MILL MANAGER
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform operation in various plants.
- Complete work according to standard operating procedures.
- Operate auxiliary systems according to standard operating procedures.
- Complete on the job training to get exposure in production process.
- Assist in operational duties within the plant in order to gain experience.
- Apply all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.
KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS
- Paper Machine Operations
- Attention to detail
- Lean Manufacturing
- Pulp Process
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12 / Matric
- N5/S4 or completed Diploma/Degree in Pulp & Paper
- No experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office
