Description
This App provides Eskom customers with self-service capabilities such as account, billing, and meter reading functionality.
The MyEskom Customer App is created and officially endorsed by Eskom Holdings SOC Limited.

Eskom customers can:
- Report a Power Loss Fault.
- Receive planned and unplanned outage notifications.
- View and update customer information.
- Submit a Query / Request for Information.
- View Status of Open Service Requests.
- View Account/s Details.
- Submit meter readings
- Report an incident – cable theft, bees, snake, locked, other
- Have access to multiple accounts.
- Pay an account
Excluded:
- Prepaid vending is not included. You cannot buy prepaid tokens via this App.

In order for you to register and use this App your cell phone number must be up to date on Eskom Systems.
