Key Responsibilities
Monitoring projects and controlling cost, time and quality
Management of project milestones, issuing site instruction’s and applying all Eskom agreed project management standard and practices
Develop a Project Plan from concept to completion
Costing all activities are in line with a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Effectively reporting on Projects and ensuring flash reports are submitted on time to all stakeholders
Conducting regular meetings with stakeholders on site
Providing a project coordination function and managing a team effectively
Managing the Safety, Health Environment Quality (SHEQ)
Project Contract Management by ensuring contracts conditions and timelines are adhered to
Commissioning of the project by confirming the availability of all site hand over documents and inspection sheets to all stakeholders
