Key Responsibilities
 Monitoring projects and controlling cost, time and quality
 Management of project milestones, issuing site instruction’s and applying all Eskom agreed project management standard and practices
 Develop a Project Plan from concept to completion
 Costing all activities are in line with a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
 Effectively reporting on Projects and ensuring flash reports are submitted on time to all stakeholders
 Conducting regular meetings with stakeholders on site
 Providing a project coordination function and managing a team effectively
 Managing the Safety, Health Environment Quality (SHEQ)
 Project Contract Management by ensuring contracts conditions and timelines are adhered to
 Commissioning of the project by confirming the availability of all site hand over documents and inspection sheets to all stakeholders
