Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s):
• SCM National Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
• Minimum 5 year experience in Supply Chain Management
Skills and Competencies
Skills:
• Analytical skills with strong MS Excel skill.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and detail orientated.
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
• Report writing skills.
Knowledge:
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management Legislation (Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act) , policies, procedures, norms and standards, including the Public Finance Management Act.
• Sound background in Procurement and supply Chain Management with experience in the areas of commercial and contractual negotiation, contract drafting and execution, sourcing and general post contract management work.
• Knowledge of strategic sourcing.
• Knowledge of MS EXCEL.
• Knowledge of SAP ECC6 system
