The Estée Lauder Companies’ HR Internship program runs for 6 months. Interns will be based at our company offices in Kyalami.
The internship will consist of meaningful brand marketing, sales, education and communication work experience and participation in various projects, tasks and assignments.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The HR Intern will have the exciting opportunity to learn and contribute to key HR projects as required:
- Provide admin and operational support on select HR projects
- Admin support will include reporting, letters, emails and the preparation of PowerPoint presentations
- Schedule meetings, bookings and preparation of rooms
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking of venues and the ordering of refreshments for meetings and special events
- Coordinate travel arrangements as required
Qualification and Skills:
- Human Resources Degree – Graduate or Undergraduate
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, innovative and challenging environment
- Strong project management skills
- Takes initiative and highly driven
- High energy levels and creativity
- Ability to work across multi-functional projects and assignments
