Key performance areas:
- Customer service via telephone (90%) and email (10%)
- Provide customers with general flight information
- Direct sales and ticketing
- Handling special service requests
- Provide telephone check-in services
- Complaint handling
- Customer loyalty program
- Provide airport services (i.e. baggage claims)
- Online booking support
- Travel agent support (business to business)
Qualifications and experiences:
- Matric / tertiary education
Competencies required:
- Excellent language skills in Dutch (mother tongue) and English
- Exceptional communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Keyboard proficient/computer literate
- Exceptional service and sales orientated
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to think logically
- Stress resistant
- Ability to multitask
