Job description
- Maintain and manage effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives and activities
- Drive company internal marketing
- Responsible for developing existing sales channels and maximising sales opportunities – developing the company’s brand capital
- Analyse trends and data to make better-informed decisions and recommendations
- Monitor and report on effective internal and external marketing communications
- Financial analysis including market analysis, competitor analysis, costs and portfolio; make recommendations to head of marketing
- Reviewing actual vs plan, analysing data and making recommendation
- Work with other departments on forecasting and use of input from sales
- Manage the product life cycle – make rationalisation and range modification suggestions to the business
- Manage and report on the marketing spend budget
- Managing of strategic partner relationships

- Five years of previous experience in similar role (financial services experience an advantage)
