INTERN: SMAC GALLERY CAPE TOWN & SMAC GALLERY STELLENBOSCH

SMAC Gallery is looking for highly motivated individuals to join their team on a part-time basis

TO BE FILLED BY: As soon as possible
Responsibilities Include:

Assistance and support to the Gallery Manager
Receiving visitors and fielding enquiries
General administration and office duties
Assistance with cataloguing, logistics and archiving
Assisting with the installation of exhibitions
Project based assistance

Requirements

Applicable Tertiary qualification
Good interpersonal and excellent communication skills
Neat and presentable appearance
Computer skills (Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator)
Driver’s license

Working Hours:
This position is a part time position that will require the Intern to be present for three full days during the week, as well as some Saturdays. You may be required to work overtime occasionally. Remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience.
