Minimum requirements
- Board level experience, ideally as a client service director or similar
- Experience managing 25 + staff
- Post-graduate degree majoring in communication, marketing, advertising or other related business sciences
- Able to demonstrate having worked effectively within a Board team or equivalent, understanding how to influence such a team of peers
- Can illustrate occasions/events where they have taken a corporate leadership position, in addition to functional leadership
- Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing people
- Track record of generating value for clients and additional profit for the agency
- Accurate financial and budget control ability
- Strong commercial acumen – can provide tangible evidence of successful P&L accountability
- Strategically-minded, conceptually and creatively engaged
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Sound problem solver with the ability to manage conflict and complex negotiations
