Job description
Gauteng, Johannesburg area salary negotiable a well-known organisation are looking to employ a clinical – team leader for their organisation
The person will be responsible for ensuring team productivity and compliance, analysing and reporting on call trends in conjunction with a quality assessor, ensuring compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) entered into with clients and analysing and reporting on call trends in conjunction with a quality assessor.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12
- Three-year relevant diploma/degree or studying towards a three-year qualification
- Three to five years’ medical aid administration and managed care experience
- A sound understanding, interpretation of the scheme rules, the medical schemes act and SLA
- Experience in membership registration and contributions
- Industrial relations experience preferable
