Job description
- Match orders, GRN with invoice on Syspro
- Reconcile statements to general ledger
- Keep payment schedules on Excel sheet
- Send payment schedules to branch accountant to load an effect payments
- Payment allocation on GL code
- Process payments onto Syspro
- Age analysis
- Filing of all reconciliations, invoices and other documents
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Syspro experience is a must
- At least two or more years of experience in a similar role
- The ability to cope with a diversity of tasks in a high pressure environment
- Must be highly computer literate in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills with a strong sense for urgency
- Strong administrative skills
