Job description

• To achieve and exceed targets/budgets aimed at growing sales and profits of the business unit and organisation through the development of business partnerships, which provide a total communication solution to the client.
• Meet/exceed sales objectives by promoting and cross-selling the group products through professional sales techniques, industry knowledge and building long term customer relationships.
• Develop sales plans, internal and external communication structures and forecast in line with the overall business strategy that maintains and enhances growth potential of account.
• Identifying and developing business relationships with key decision-makers within key accounts.

Triumph Printing, specialises in point of purchase and packaging solutions.  We continually innovate and think out the box, focusing on concept, 3D design and animation of in-store displays and packaging. Our objective is to help our clients win the battle in the retail environment in creating a point of difference with their products.

Requirements

• Valid drivers licence.
• Matric.
• Good interaction with corporate clients, management and organisation of large campaigns, preparation and presentation of briefs and pitches to clients and sticking to the budget plan supplied to clients.
• Minimum of four years’ sales experience or account exec experience.
• Knowledge of basic software like – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Intermediate understanding of printing, cardboard construction and transport.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Accurate forecasting of budgets on a quarterly basis and adhering to those budgets.

Advantageous

• A relevant degree or diploma would be advantageous (marketing or business).

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Be able to work independently, be a self-starter.
