A leading, award winning PR agency is looking for a seasoned PR account director with agency and corporate client experience. Ideally B2B tech client experience.
Duties
- You will be responsible for the development, management and maintenance of specific business and account areas.
- Effectively lead a team and client portfolio by providing senior level consultancy, demonstrating excellent people management skills and ensuring overall business management of team and clients.
- Provide the highest level of consultancy to clients and team.
- Proactively identify, develop and mentor individuals in your team, meeting the requirements of the PR consultancy standards and performance management requirements.
- Lead by example and manage budget and capacity of team effectively.
- Proactively report to the company directors’ with regards to retention strategies of your clients and teams, training needs of self and team, client risks and successes.

Requirements
- Over five years PR experience (preferably PR agency)
- At least two years’ experience as senior account manager
- At least three years people management experience (more than one person/preferably a team)
- Diploma in public relations
- Degree – public relations/communications/marketing communications/journalism/marketing
