As our receptionist, you will be at the heart of our culture and the day to day workings of the agency. And as a Colourworks brand ambassador, we are looking for someone ‘extra special’ to be our Receptionist.
This role needs an experienced and extraordinary receptionist to manage the front of house, ensuring that all first impressions reflect our culture and values. You will have to be dressed to impress, as you welcome every visitor or caller with the same enthusiasm and quality hospitality.
This is a great opportunity, as you take on projects such as organising company events, meetings and parties. You will organise staff training, inductions and company travel arrangements, plus be involved in Adhoc projects relating to the office or HR.
We are looking for someone who are able to motivate and get the best out of our team, using your charm and superb people skills. You should be super organised, able to multitask, and really love working on reception.
