Our recruitment consultant (permanent) will be accountable for:
Business development:
- Proactive hunting: ability to develop a plan of action to proactively go after business opportunities in the marketplace
- Sales deliverables: introducing new clients to Drake through networking and leveraging your sales ability on the telephone and in-person
Recruitment – managing the full-cycle recruitment for your accounts through:
- Sourcing and networking: identifying top talent through actively sourcing various recruitment and social media forums
- Pre-qualifying and interviewing: screening and interviewing candidates based on specified criteria
- Background checks: coordinating the background checks of prospective candidates
Client relationship-building – facilitate a growing relationship with your client base through pro-active communication of deliverables
Project management – your high-level of attention to details means you will deliver key metrics and be responsible for the administration of all candidate/clients files

- Your experience: proven track record of successful sales and customer relations blended with acumen for identifying top talent
- Your skills: excellent telephone communication, project management and time management skills
