Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Continuously grow the customer base through engaging with customers and internal staff
- Internal and external sales
- Liaise with customers, building and maintaining relationships
- Timeously reporting adhering to operational and administration requirements as set out by management
- Ensure a smooth effective flow on the showroom floor
- Be able to resolve customer queries
Requirements
- Matric
- Six months to one year of recent experience in similar position: tiles, flooring, showrooms
- Computer literate – MS Office, internet, Excel
- Driver licence (company vehicle for working hours only)
- Willing to work weekends (every second weekend)
