Unitrans, Ubunye Mining Services has 4 vacancies for Semi-skilled Artisans to assist the Qualified Diesel Mechanics at it’s transport and mining operation in Richard’s Bay.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Valid Code B driver’s licence
- 2 years relevant experience in mechanical workshop
- Successfully complete medical & pre-recruitment evaluation
- Contactable references for last two employers
- Prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required
Job Specification
- Conduct services on trucks, yellow equipment
- Ensure timely completion of work as to minimize disruption in production
- Assist with repairs and services to trucks, yellow equipment
- Attend to breakdowns
- Conduct regular maintenance on trailers and ensure compliance of C.O.F’s
- Carry out all reasonable instructions from management
