Job description

A large, very successful end user with a tech mentality, they believe in tech, they buy into the advantages of a tech-based environment.
Also, they have now formalised their dev teams moving away from the ad-hoc mentality of the past to a well-structured, well managed Scrum based mentality.
Strong leadership, the GM is (well was) a dev himself, he’s on the floor with you. He respects your pain in delivery.
Very much the cool kid of their domain but without the stresses of a ‘start-up’ or less established environment
We need a junior developer as an investment within the business: 

• This is a growth role. New project work and ambitions demand team growth.
• You will learn from extremely strong developers while working on real problems.

Requirements

The tech background we need:

• Core Microsoft stack knowledge
• Software or engineering or mathematical education and training
• An appreciation for the theory of software
• Core-tech – C#.Net – later versions preferred
• Firm grasp of OO.

Useful but not essential:

• ASP.Net – MVC or WebAPIi
• Typescript, Angular, Polymer, Knockout – any JS based front-end experience
• Web services, message queues, REST – any API driven integration or services experience
• Xamarin or similar
• Previous experience in financial services
