• 3 to 5 years post article experience

About The Employer
A well-known law firm in Durban has a position for a Litigation Attorney.
Duties (will include but not limited to):

• Drafting various documents, including but not limited to, summons, discovery affidavits, letters of demand, instructions to experts, subpoenas, pleadings, founding and answering affidavits, instructions to counsel, notices of motion, notices of bar, requests for further particulars, rescission applications and various notices in terms of the High Court and Magistrates Court rules
• Preparing a number of discoveries and attended various consultations with clients and counsel
• Preparing responses to correspondence
• Interacting with clients
• Appearing in the Magistrate’s Court on a pro-bono matter
