Learnership: Contact Centre NQF 2

CONTACT CENTRE LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME – National Certificate Contact Centre NQF 2 Minimum requirements for candidates • Must have a disability • Must have recently completed matric (Grade 12) and have a valid certification • Must be a citizen of South Africa • Must be computer literate • Must be proficient in English • Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
Other Requirements
Applicants must be willing to study and stay in the province in which the learnership is offered
Applicants must be previously disadvantaged
Attach certified copies of your certificates and Identity Document (these copies must have been certified within the last 3 months – you can get this done at any Police Station)
Successful learners will receive a fair monthly stipend for the duration of the programme and a position of employment, should they complete the 1 year programme
