Location: Cape Town
To assist in ensuring the effective balance between available staff and volume of work, through data collection, analysis and forecasting. To assist with daily coordination and planning to ensure that service level agreements with the business are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate required staffing levels by forecasting workload and average handling time of calls
- Assist in the creation of staffing schedules in line with the forecast
- Participate in the analysis and interpretation of contact centre data using real time analysis, forecasts and historical information
- Assist in the interpreting of statistical information to project staff requirements and targets for new and existing projects
- Contribute to the provision of accurate and timeous reporting
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of business improvements; new products or services; and new staffing models
- assist with the monitoring of processes and staff behaviour in order to suggest redistribution of staff to maximise efficiencies
- Contribute to the distribution of daily reports e.g. adherence and help implement revisions to meet the operational requirements
Participate in the analysis required to make recommendations regarding headcount, cross-skilling and recruitment - Contribution to the analysis of historical trends to provide recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
- Matric with Maths
- Diploma or Batchelor Degree required
- National Diploma in Computer systems; Information Systems; Operations Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in: Financial Information Systems; Information technology; Computer Science; Statistical Sciences; applied mathematics; Business Science; Commerce; Economics
