Summary: 
Hardworking and Efficient Logistics Support Clerk required by very busy Shipping/Freight Company utilizing knowledge of productivity standards, shipping management and logistics overview to assist the company in managing its core logistics needs.
Responsibilities/ Core Functions:
Coordinate with staff regarding relocation and transportation arrangements.
Assure proper authorization for all shipments;
Check invoices against service requests and verify invoices
Monitor incoming supplies for quantity and quality
Process logistics requests from various management sources
Maintain safety of property
Oversee tracking and monitor cross-border transportation activities.
Prepare documentation and coordinate transport of resources and materials.
Warehouse consolidation, packing and marking.
Document, verify, and inventory cargo;
Prepare and submit report documentation.
Communicate operational needs to senior management.
Maintain accurate records
Manage office correspondence.

Logistics and Inventory Management Skills
Conversant with tracking routine logistic transactions
Standards and Procedures Compliance Knowledge

  • Experience of logistics and production
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and computer literate
  • Excellent data entry, communication, and coordination skills
  • Good. strong clerical, administrative, and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled in Time Management, and handling warehouse operations

Matric
Relevant 2/3 years + Logistics Support Experience
