Job Purpose
This role will plan and facilitate system on-boarding and ensure business as usual periodic reviews of system entitlements. Active stakeholder management for the on-time delivery of integration is critical. The incumbent will continuously improve- and ensure cross-cluster alignment to CAG on-boarding rules and practices.
Specific responsibility for and focus on system integration design to comply with architectural, data and technical governance is critical in creating a sustainable, best-practice Access Governance capability. This will include the resolution of technical constraints systems boundary issues within the integration landscape.
He/she will also oversee, manage and configure periodic access reviews of systems onboarded onto the Identity IQ access governance system and ensure effective business as usual periodic reviews (within a joiner-mover-leaver context) of system entitlements. Further to that, he/she will continuously improve- and ensure cross-cluster alignment to CAG system review rules and practices.
Responsibilities includes the management and tracking of progress of business owner activities to reach an agreed/acceptable risk level (correlation %), as well as the business acceptance of actions required to mitigate the residual risk
Job Responsibilities
- Translate requirements, manage and monitor/track the delivery of the on-boarding of all applications onto Sailpoint.
- Understand, influence, manage and configure periodic and ad hoc review campaign requirements received and ensure technical implementation satisfies requirements and is aligned with adopted practices.
- Determine the technical complexity of integration of new systems to assist with prioritisations and demand management
- Incorporate specific focus on business controls seeded in identity and access management-related processes/capabilities.
- Understand and incorporate industry best practices into approach to onboarding and campaign design
- Focus on integration across the system landscape and manage operational impact of proposed solution.
- Establish frameworks, standards and guidelines for Access Governance integration and grow maturity and skills in this specialist domain.

Essential Qualifications – NQF Level
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

Minimum Experience Level
- Relevant Business- or Information Technology related degree or equivalent qualification
- 6- 10 years general work experience
- Minimum with 4 years specialist experience in systems or technical integration
Advantageous experience:
- Understanding of business and systems landscapes within the greater Nedbank environment
- Experience in system interfacing and resolution of inter-system integration.
- 2 – 3 years’ technical specialist experience in a relevant information security, Risk or related business environment
- 2 years’ experience as a technical specialist, enabling or driving delivery of IT Systems
- Knowledge of security concepts in the broader Access Management related environment
