This application form to be submitted with the online application form.
Prospective Gr 12 students attach the following documents:
– Certified copy of ID
– Certified copy of matric certificate
– Printout of electronic online application
Students of the University attach the following documents:
– Certified copy of ID
– Certified copy of academic record
– Proof of 2024 registration
Closing dates
Renewal applications: 1 October 2024 to 16 November 2024
New applications: 1 October 2024 to 13 Januarie 2024
