2. Two (2) ID photos (identified at the back with name, surname and ID number)

3. Certified copies:

3.1Grade 11 / Most recent Matric results

3.2Matric / Senior Certificate / NSC

3.3Academic record of studies at another tertiary institution

3.4Certificate of conduct re 3.3

3.5Identity Document

3.6Identity Document of both Parents / Guardian

3.7Medical Certificate if applicable

3.8Study Permit / Residence Permit if not a South African Citizen

3.9Marriage Certificate (married women)
