The Graduate Accelerated Programme is aimed at identifying and developing leadership capability to meet the future resource needs of the Old Mutual business. These graduates gain experience and business knowledge initially through project-based involvement and on-the-job training accompanied by ongoing assessments.

Old Mutual’s Graduate Acceleration Programme is aimed at final and/or post graduate students studying a relevant degree at a recognised university.
In order to qualify for the Graduate Acceleration Programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Completed or currently completing your 3 year degree/ postgraduate studies at a recognised University.
- Must be a South African citizen under the age of 27.
- Have achieved a minimum 60% average in your final year (across your major subjects).
- Be willing to relocate to Cape Town or Johannesburg if necessary.
