Operations Manager Job in South Africa 2026/2027

Job description

Seeking an energetic person for a permanent position in the retail sector, managing franchise standards through operational and financial support. Review of CVs will be concluded first week of January 2026 and successful applicants will be informed to attend interviews the week of 23 to 27 January 2026.

Requirements

Must have good retail and financial acumen, self-motivated and result driven, a good understanding of stock inventory management, strong analytical skills, good conflict management skills, good communication skills.

Advantageous

Previous retail experience would be an advantage, as well as training and mentoring of franchise management and staff.
