The Ginkgo Agency is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-orientated and driven Production Intern. The Production Intern provides the necessary support to the production team through the performance of various tasks that assist in the overall production process.
This individual will work behind the scenes of Ginkgo Agency’s productions, and contribute towards the overall growth and success of the production team.
Working in the production team will provide great experience starting from ideation all the way through to final delivery.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Undertake research where required
Create, maintain, co-ordinate and archive job bags
Update and maintain production and post-production calendars
Schedule pre-production meetings
Create call sheets and shooting team packs
Transcribe sound bytes from footage
Co-ordinate couriers and perform general office administration duties as required
Co-ordinate travel, accommodation, visas, work permits for cast and crew
Work closely with and provide support to the Production Assistant
Assist Production and Management Team as required

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence

Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities
Ability to uphold accuracy of work with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced
working environment
Ability to work in a hands-on environment with a small, tight-knit team
Proactive
Driver’s license preferred
Education
- Relevant tertiary education (diploma/degree) is mandatory
- Professional Experience
- Applicants who have undertaken part-time employment while studying and have experienced a working environment will be given preference
