Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts in Nursing (BCur) (NQF7) or Diploma with General Nursing, Midwifery, Psychiatric Nursing (optional) and Community Health Nursing
- Registration with South Africa Nursing Council
- Valid Driver’s License
- Relevant experience
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide facility-based and community-based and primary health care nursing services including the ward-based primary health care, Outreach health services and implement primary health care programmes through the following processes
- Provide Comprehensive community health nursing function
- Ensure sufficient plaining, Organising and Implementation of work tasks
- Implement good governance and risk control processes to ensure compliance to legislation, Policies and guidelines
- Implement effective stock and financial control processes
- Provide quality primary health care services which is responsive to the needs of the clients/Patients
- Ensure collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team and collaborate intersect orally for effective people management
