Compiling your application

Your CV or online profile is often the first interaction that our recruitment team will have with you. This is your chance to shine, so use the opportunity to show your strengths and why you would be an asset to PwC.

  • Get the basics right: Make sure that your online profile has all the critical details, including your qualifications, work history, experience and contact details. Finally do a spell check!
  • Keep it short: Our recruitment team often has hundreds of applications to work through. Keep your application under two pages and ensure that it’s punchy.
  • Link your skills to your experience: Help us to see how your experience links to specific skills. This is really important for those with little work experience. For instance, show us how your experience as a customer consultant taught you how to deal with difficult clients.
  • Always include references: References should be from previous employers who can vouch for your skills and expertise.
  • Keep it fresh: Update your profile with the latest projects you’ve worked on. This helps us see that you’re constantly working at improving your skills.
