REQUIREMENTS : Grade 12/ Senior Certificate. Zero to Six months relevant experience. Knowledge: National Archives and Records Services of South Africa Act (Act No 43 of 1996 as amended, Promotion of Access of Information Act (No 2 of 2000), Promotion of Administrative Justice Act (No 3 of 2000), Public Finance Management Act (No 1 of 1999), Minimum Information Security Standard (MISS), Electronic Communications and Transactions Act of 2002, Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, Public Service Regulations (PSR), Public Service Act (PSA), Batho Pele Principles, Departmental policies and procedures. Skills: Client Services, Planning and Organising, Communication, Computer literacy, Report Writing.
DUTIES : Maintain the filing system as per the directives of the archives and records management prescripts. Perform Registry services and filing system. Prepare documents for archiving.
