Key Performance Outputs:

The successful candidate, reporting to the Assistant Manager Information Management & Billing will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure that air traffic movement data which include aircraft landing, take-off and parking times are captured accurately.
• Ensure that Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS) are updated.
• Monitor and report all radio frequencies and escalate non-compliance.
• Conduct daily data validations.
• Ensure alignment of movements on the verification dashboard.
• Ensure reconciliation of Air traffic and Navigation Services logs and Airport Management System movements.
• Ensure alignment of airline schedule with seasonal slots.
• Ensure all movements are allocated on Airport Management System.
• Monitor flight allocation schedules and non-scheduled operations.
• Review previous schedules and make recommendations as and when required.
• Sign-off resource plans (parking bay list) for the purpose of all Stakeholders.
• Coordinate capacity demand challenges based on resource availability and escalate as and when required.
• Liaise with Air Traffic and Navigation Services to manage calculated take-off time (CTOT).
• Adhere to statutory regulations, organizational standards regulations, policies and procedures.

Technical Skills and Experience:

• The candidate must be in possession of a Diploma in Logistics, Commercial or Operations.
• 2 years relevant airport operational experience recommended
• 1 years experience in a supervisory role essential.
• 3 years knowledge of aeronautical documentation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Statistical analysis ability
