Key Performance Outputs:

The successful candidate, reporting to the Aueronautical Revenue Management Analyst will be responsible for the following:

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of organisational standards, policies and procedures within span of control and monitor implementation to ensure full compliance.
  • Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
  • Ensure quality of input information from Apron Office.
  • Ensure all flights are correctly captured and are billed to the operators responsible for payment.
  • Execute billing and archiving process.
  • Review and resolves discrepancies or conflict with billing charges.
  • Liaise with debtors and operations to ensure that correct billing details are captures in AMS.
  • Compile monthly activity progress reports.
  • Prepare monthly ACSA Stats reports
  • Provide specialised technical / professional support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve problems as they are encountered to ensure achievement against plan.
  • Adhere to and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.
  • Ensue all data is loaded, completed and processed accurately within stated SLA.

Technical Skills and Experience:

  • Higher certificate in Economic/ Statistics/ Industrial Engineering is essential.
  • Bachelors degree in Economic/ Statistics/ Industrial Engineering is recommended.
  • 3 to 5 years operational engineering experience is essential.
  • 2 to 4 years operational statistical analysis experience will be advantageous.
  • Understanding of airport operations, processes, Airport Management System and airline schedules is critical.
  • Code B drivers license is essential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages at an intermediate level

This person will be organized and methodical with the ability to solve problems.
