Sable International HR: 2024 Internship

Sable International HR department is looking to add an open-minded, eager and passionate HR graduate to their team as an HR Intern. You will be exposed to a broad range of HR activities and general office management. You will join a supportive and energetic HR team who aspires to create a harmonious and joyous, yet challenging work environment and have fun doing it.

  • Are a recent graduate with an HR-related degree
  • Are able to multi-task and remain calm in a high-pressure, demanding environment
  • Have outstanding communication skills
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Are able to take initiative and be self-motivated
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills
  • Are structured and organised with good time management skills
  • Are computer literate and have experience using MS Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Are a happy, quick and willing learner
  • Are creative and have a flair for coordinating events

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Assisting the HR team with all HR administration, which will include:
  • Administration and coordination of all staff files
  • Updating the company’s internal platform with employee details
  • Assisting with recruitment, which will include:
  • Posting internal and external job adverts
  • Screening CV’s and compiling candidate shortlists
  • Setting up interviews
  • Coordinating recruitment tests
  • Reference and MIE checks
  • Drafting of offer letters
  • Other ad hoc HR duties
  • One-week reviews
  • Absence management
  • Onboarding of new starters and offboarding of leavers
  • Coordinating social events; social corporate responsibility events and year-end functions
  • Reception duties:
  • Answering client calls that come through reception
  • Office maintenance
  • Dealing with external couriers
  • Ordering supplies
  • Liaising with all suppliers
